PROOF-OF-WORK TASKS
8 TASKS

Start at Beginner and work up. Every task produces something real you can show: a report, a tool, a guide or a demo. Publish it on LinkedIn or GitHub as your proof of work.

B
Beginner
LEVEL 01
  • 01Draw a process map of a familiar workflow (college admission, a food delivery order, or bank KYC) showing every person, system and hand-off.
  • 02Pick 3 incidents from the AI Incident Database. For each one, write what failed, who was affected, and the one control that could have prevented it.
  • 03Create a 'second-order effects' chart for one AI use (for example, AI grading homework): the first effect, then two more layers of knock-on effects.
I
Intermediate
LEVEL 02
  • 01Run a failure-mode analysis (FMEA) on an AI customer-support chatbot. List 15 failure modes, rate severity × likelihood, and propose controls for the top 5.
  • 02Map an AI-assisted security workflow (alert triage or phishing review) and mark where a human must stay in the loop, and why.
  • 03Use the 'Map' function of the NIST AI RMF to write a 2-page risk profile of a real public AI product.
A
Advanced
LEVEL 03
  • 01Produce a full AI risk assessment for a mock SecureMojo AI assistant rollout: process map, risk register, controls, residual risk, and a monitoring plan.
  • 02Build a reusable AI use-case intake template that a company can use to approve or reject new AI ideas, then test it on 5 example proposals.
